What You’ll Be Doing: Managing client communication — emails, calls, scheduling, follow-ups. Keeping tabs on inventory, warehouse flow, and making sure things are where they’re supposed to be. Supporting project managers with coordination, logistics, and documentation. Helping create systems and processes that actually make sense. Jumping into whatever needs doing — because something always needs doing.
What You Bring: Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and human. Solid organizational instincts — you notice what’s off and fix it. Tech comfort — you can navigate software, systems, and spreadsheets without fear. Adaptability — plans change, and you roll with it. Accountability — you don’t drop the ball and hope no one notices. A positive, professional attitude and a focus on getting things done.
