You’re motivated, reliable, and actually want to learn a trade that mixes tech, problem-solving, and hands-on work.
You don’t need years of experience — but you do need:
- A strong work ethic (show up, stay sharp, don’t disappear).
- Attention to detail (crooked plates and messy wires haunt your dreams).
- A willingness to listen, learn, and improve fast.
- A good attitude (no ego, no drama, just progress).
If you’ve got some experience with tools, wiring, construction, or tech — awesome. If not, but you’re eager and coachable — still awesome.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with installation of lighting control systems, A/V equipment, speakers, networks, and smart devices.
- Pulling wire, organizing cables, labeling, and learning clean install practices.
- Supporting senior technicians and learning how systems actually come together.
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and dialed in.
- Gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills level up.
What You Bring:
- A strong interest in tech, construction, or hands-on work.
- Basic familiarity with tools (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Reliability — if you say you’ll be there, you’re there.
- A positive, team-first mindset.
- Ability to take direction and apply it.
