You don’t need years of experience — but you do need:

A strong work ethic (show up, stay sharp, don’t disappear).
Attention to detail (crooked plates and messy wires haunt your dreams).
A willingness to listen, learn, and improve fast.
A good attitude (no ego, no drama, just progress).

If you’ve got some experience with tools, wiring, construction, or tech — awesome. If not, but you’re eager and coachable — still awesome.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with installation of lighting control systems, A/V equipment, speakers, networks, and smart devices.
Pulling wire, organizing cables, labeling, and learning clean install practices.
Supporting senior technicians and learning how systems actually come together.
Keeping job sites clean, organized, and dialed in.
Gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills level up.

What You Bring:

A strong interest in tech, construction, or hands-on work.
Basic familiarity with tools (or willingness to learn quickly).
Reliability — if you say you’ll be there, you’re there.
A positive, team-first mindset.
Ability to take direction and apply it.
